Everything about this truly exceptional hotel was good. The room was spotless and functional with a private bathroom. Climate control, pay TV, and a fridge were standard, but I appreciated that. The location was marvelous and convenient, close to many eating establishments, restaurants, Florida State University, and shopping. Went to Beef O'brady's for a drink or two, just around a 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Clean rooms with adequate space for my family. Great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Boxed breakfast was okay, but the 24-hour fresh coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Friendly and attentive staff, with a special shoutout to Andrea

Not obvious to find

First thing I've noticed (and I've stayed at this exact hotel twice) is the amazing smell of the rooms! It's not just the usual hotel smell, but smells like soap or someone just did laundry. And the pillows are the best, not lumpy not flat; just right. I never sleep well at any hotels, so i figured it was just me. Each time I've stayed at this hotel I've slept better than in my own bed. I like the little night light in the bathroom so you don't have the leave the light on in the bathroom so you don't bump into something in the middle of the night. There are USB and regular outlets everywhere for all of your devices.

free breakfast was good except for the "scrambled eggs" they were horrible, looked and tasted like they chopped up boiled eggs and mixed it with the scrambled eggs

Hampton Inn Tallahassee-Central is a family-friendly hotel with exceptionally attentive staff. Our double room was equipped with central heating, pay television, and a convenient work desk. The hotel's location was pleasant as it was within close proximity to a market and grocery store. Additionally, it was just a short 2-mile drive away from a spacious recreation park.

The double room with a fridge and microwave was great and I would definitely come back here, the place served its purpose perfectly.
